Directive 2014\/90\/UE sur les \u00e9quipements marins<\/h2>

La directive sur les \u00e9quipements marins s\u2019applique \u00e0 tout navire battant pavillon d\u2019un \u00c9tat membre de l\u2019EEE. L\u2019\u00e9valuation de la conformit\u00e9 se fait par l\u2019interm\u00e9diaire d\u2019un organisme notifi\u00e9, tel que Centexbel, et la marque de conformit\u00e9 est la barre du navire. <\/h2>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t

L\u2019objectif de la MED est de s\u2019assurer que les \u00e9quipements qui doivent r\u00e9pondre aux exigences des conventions internationales (par exemple, SOLAS, MARPOL, etc.) convenues \u00e0 l\u2019OMI (l\u2019Organisation maritime internationale) r\u00e9pondent en outre \u00e0 une norme commune de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 et de performance.<\/h2>
